Established in 2004, Birkby cheese Co is owned and run by ex-chef Glenn Varley. With over 20 years’ experience in professional kitchens up and down the country,Birkby’s is perfectly placed to meet your cheese and continental needs, delivering weekly in and around Yorkshire.
R & J Yorkshires Finest Farmers & Butchers was established in 1978 by Rob and Jo Atkinson, both from several generations of farming they were the perfect ingredients for a successful business. R & J started out as a village butchers shop and soon word spread regarding the quality of meat that they provided and consequently Yorkshire’s Finest grew into the restaurant trade. Now almost forty years on in an EC Approved Purpose built factory and Ryan, their eldest son, has joined the team. As a company we pride ourselves on Quality, Consistency and No Compromise meaning that we provide top quality produce direct to kitchens six days per week to Yorkshire and the surrounding counties. We source only the very best livestock kept in the highest of welfare conditions, and this includes our very own Waterford Farm Cattle.
