Roasted turkey breast & leg, sage and apricot stuffing, roast root vegetables and chestnuts, sprouts, fondant new potatoes, rich gravy, bread sauce

Herb crusted fillets of seabass, saffron potato fondants, braised celeriac & shallots, bisque cream

Fillet of beef wellington, puff pastry, mushroom duxelle, dauphinoise potatoes, honey roast carrots, thyme jus
